THE JUDICIARY

The Judiciary of the Union shall be referred to as the FUNAABSU Judicial Council (FJC). The FJC shall try cases that have to do basically with the operation of this Constitution provided such shall not be in conflict with any laid down University rules(s) and regulation(s). Should there be any conflict, the latter shall take precedence. It can also try cases emanating from affiliated/non- affiliated associations/clubs/societies that may be brought before it by any of the concerned party on campus.
