A. THE JOINT CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY The Joint Consultative Assembly shall serve as a forum for all the organs of the Union to come together and deliberate on crucial issues affecting the union. The JCA shall meet as occasion demands but shall meet at least once in a semester.
